Shipping Overview
Shipping is very costly. We reserve the right to cancel orders based on shipping address and/or shipping cost. Any damage must be reported immediately to the delivery driver, delivery company, and manufacture. Please take pictures of the damaged products.
Platforms, landing, receivers, and blinds are very heavy. Proper equipment is recommended for unloading deliveries. If a lift gate is required, additional shipping charges may be incurred and will be the responsibility of the customer/receiver.
If the delivery cannot be delivered due to customers negligence, additional shipping charges may be incurred and will be the responsibility of the customer/receiver.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
We do offer in-store and dealer pickup options. Please contact sales@ramblinds for more information.
Return Shipping
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior approval.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
